Bargaining Update #7
We are pleased to let you know that the CCFA and Camosun College have signed a tentative memorandum of settlement for a new Collective Agreement. The next step is for both parties to seek ratification from their people. You are our people, so please stay tuned for an invitation to a meeting in which we will explain the intended changes to the Collective Agreement and seek ratification.

Lynelle is a queer, leftist rabble-rouser galvanized to guard the rights of union members and is on a crusade to convince you that you get out of your Union what you put into it. Since being elected as CCFA President in 2021, Lynelle serves on Presidents Council of the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators (FPSE) and was elected in 2026 as FPSE First Vice President, Equity. She serves on several FPSE affiliate committees, including the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Racialized Workers Caucuses for the BC Fed. Lynelle volunteers at a rooftop community garden that partners with Harvest & Share Food Aid Society to grow fresh produce for local food banks and community food security programs.
