If you are no longer able to complete a PD activity due to extenuating circumstances, the PD committee will consider, on a case-by-case basis, approving your non-refundable expenses. Rationales considered include sickness or conference cancellations but may also include re-evaluating your original decision to attend for ethical, moral or political reasons.
